The Coronavirus is an Opportunity to Prioritize National Interests

I've been on a bit of a journey into the world of pandemics and biologicals in recent weeks which has spurred me into taking action on a personal frontier. I've done my initial market research and it's pretty clear that most people aren't thinking about the "what if" at all. As the virus expands in the west I went looking for pandemic basics and found "out of stocks". It's going to be the next little while that will tell the tale of how dependent we have become on China.

I'm finding that all too many people are not taking it seriously and are failing to see that in times of pandemic, the virus or biological is the least of our worries. As systems overload, those things we absolutely rely may be unavailable. The true carnage of what is unleashed will manifest from those who are unprepared.

We have a lot to cover from logistics, how things move in these situations and how things will get real on our shelves. It's the threat that isn't going away in this increasingly global world that the UN's Agenda 2030 is creating.

Is this what we want? Is this really working out in our best interests? I think true sustainability lies in preserving a nation for generations to come, not selling out to China like is currently being done.
