In the dystopian, tyrannical city of Babylondon where psychopathy reigns supreme and psychopaths are revered with prolific fame and vulgar celebrity, the concept of empathy is a scarce and scorned trait, ridiculed and suppressed by those in power. The city is a steampunk nanny state, a toxic woke-land teeming with suicidal oil protesters, futuristic child gangs dominating the streets and morbidly macabre attractions such as victim art galleries, murder museums, safe space cubes, Red Friday sales, empathy detection gates, live snuff cinemas and drug vendor vape stalls on every corner. Serial killers are worshipped like superheroes and treated as royalty, serving as gruesome tools to instill fear and keep the population down as well as in line, all under the all seeing eye of the corrupt luciferian elite and the enigmatic sinister handler - General Set, a mysterious and notorious war criminal, pulling the strings from the shadows.
Unbeknownst to the public, these cunning individuals are not born but created in undisclosed underground facilities where they are indoctrinated and subjected to MK Ultra mind control techniques and brought up as nothing more than military products - trained to be sleeper agent supersoldiers without the distraction of conscience. Detective Noir is on the trail of the political culprits responsible for these diabolical practices all whilst his crooked, payed off police department do all they can to prevent him from finding out the truth and sharing it's naferious revelation with the conditioned people of Babylondon. Helvetica, the General's spoiled pyromaniac daughter, is assigned the task of cleansing these test subjects with fire when they begin to malfunction and breakdown, posing a threat to the established new world disorder.
However, a much more dire apparition has emerged from the primordial swamps on the outskirts of the city, ready to create chemistry with a country who wronged him, Jasper. The legendary disassociative poisoner, proficient in the devastating combination of chemical warfare, martial arts and subliminal suggestion - feared by all his psychopathic kin. Breaking free from one of the facilities and eventually his own programming, he systematically eliminates his peers to narcissistically claim the number one spot. As Jasper works his bloody way to the General himself, a predatory game of cat and mouse ensues for all involved, opening the occultic left hand of control and manipulation that grips the entire city's inhabitants with a cruel, unyielding grasp, to finally reveal the lie hidden in its palm and finally awake the groomed citizens of Babylondon from their state of apathy, ready to fight back against their oppressors and reclaim their empathy once more as Jasper and his pesticide lead the rats - with a particularly antagonistic agenda in mind.
Prepare to delve deep down the muted mouth of an ultra-violent version of broken Britain in an ununited kingdom where the boundaries between sanity and madness are blurred by brutal brainwashing operations, as the cracked moral compass attempts to fix its reading needle once more and the pocket watch starts to jaggedly tick faster, counting down to a sobering prediction of what could be soon to come in a hallucinary, acidic exploration of what it truly means to have free will. Prepare for a cautionary tale of the fractured nature and nurture of one man's altered psyche when his free will is weaponised without restraint and used to spoon feed a self-esteem starved, cuckcolded, sleeping sheeple society with revolutionary corrosive ingestion.
