The Equality Act 2010 - It is against the law to discriminate against anyone with a disability - a disability can be seen or unseen - stress can certainly be seen as a disability. You are not required to discuss your disability or wear a lanyard to display that you have a disability.

If refused entry and/or challenged, the person challenging you as well as the premises/business have committed an offence and are subject to a fine upon conviction (always get video).

I hope that after our encounter she throws it away.
