along the lines of 'The Toxic Avenger', but better jokes, actors and SPFX.
Back around the 7th grade, I used to clip all the horror movie newspaper marquee ads I could find, I happen to actually find one for Street Trash when it came out, it was the size of 4 postage stamps, and at the bottom in small print it stated "after the film, see theater manager for apologies". lol
Plot (sort of)
Liquor store owner finds a mystery crate of "Viper" booze under his stairway, sells it to the local hobos for $1 a bottle, soon skid row starts to melt, ooze and explode, while two young skallywags and a junk yard employee are hunted by a homeless schizophrenic Vietnam vet who has become the local warlord chieftain of New York's homeless tribe. (who end up playing street football with a man's severed penis) *you have been warned*
