It’s like water running downhill. You can’t stop it and even if you try to slow it with your own devices... ultimately it continues and will overflow or break free from your dams. The water is coming from somewhere else and until there are changes there, you are dealing with the consequences. It’s not going to be forever but for now, try to make sure you stay higher than than the flow. You’ll see how everyone thinks it’s ok and they can walk across... but even with some awareness, put yourself into that flow and you risk being swept away. This energy is building right now.
