“cracked heavy gas oil, cracked light gas oil and gasoline” ignited in the fire, black smoke was visible on radar and satellite

"no shelter in place" was ordered for the High school even though it's located LESS than a half mile away because "the wind is blowing away from our schools" according to the local school district

Air quality will be monitored, no cause of fire determined yet, investigation will be done
