When you load up a mission from the Thief games you are treated to some dank cutscenes featuring some lore from the factions in the game; usually setting the tone for each mission. This is my take on that intro style but for Dishonored using the first of the Seven Strictures.

It's only a test right now that I might use for a later project so restrict that Wandering Gaze and pay no attention to the shitty aliasing on the font or the terrible alpha glow and who know what else.
