So after completing it (took me 10h ... will cut it to be less) its not a Remake per say of Part 1 and 2 ... in a way its a continuation of Part 2 www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkHXD531Ut8 ... even the game acknowledges it , its more Alone in the Dark 2,5 ... Its about a Tree that can create Dimensions from peoples Imaginations ... since in the Original Game, Emilie's Uncle hanged himself in the Attic , but here he Lives ... even He acknowledges it "This is NOT RIGHT??!! I am Dead?? The STORY IS NOT RIGHT!!! I SHOULD BE DEAD!!!" ... you even get to know what happened after Part 2 when he returned the Kid ... not a happy ending , she died drowned in a car when you where pushed off a bridge rescuing her a second time ... this time from a Family matter... to wash away this fact, your began drinking and became a heavy alcoholic... that has Alcoholic Amnesia , and was placed into a New Orleans Asylum with a special tree ...there Edward Carnby imagined his First Case and Second Case, and how it could be fixed... to save the Kid and the world from Cthulhu Evil... the Tree did its magic, and your reshaping reality ... to make Grace Saunders (that Kid) and Emilie's Uncle Alive again ... But this was one POV from Edwards point ... now on Emily to see how it will be ...
