In what could be a landmark 2nd amendment case it appears a new yorker who took up gun manufacturing during the lockdown era as a hobby has been charged with numerous felonies with the New York City judge presiding over the case declaring "Do not bring the Second Amendment into this courtroom. It doesn’t exist here. So you can’t argue Second Amendment. This is New York". A clear violation of constitutional rights of the man arrested, Dexter Taylor.
