Castle Walls & Knights Of The Round Table

This is what I determined I need more than anything. So next question is: "How to build the castle stone walls and how to develop the knights of the Round Table in real life?"
This is the toughest question. And how to firstly demolish the existing stone walls which are currently trapping the knights and keeping them in, and preventing them from coming and going as the King would direct?
I think when the dungeon walls are finally down the knights can then go out. So how to knock down those walls?
And then how to build new strong defensive, impenetrable stone castle walls?
If I can actually solve these questions it will be the happiest day of my life.
One who's castle is strong, need not hide their castle from all viewers in some isolated spot.
strong stone defensive castle boundary walls = feel secure
knights = can get wants and needs satisfied
No defensive walls= feel insecure
Repressing Stone dungeon walls that block the knights from riding out = wants and needs never get satisfied.

feeling secure and satisfying wants and needs in context of complex business, career and family and social relationships is the goal.
