Here is what has been generally working for me, although sometimes the video still has not uploaded the next day and I have to reupload, and then it goes after a few hours (also, Bitchute was deplatformed in Nov 2020, so they had to move, causing difficulties for uploading):
1. Upload your video to Youtube, the download it. This seems to format it the best for uploading. (You can do so from the Content screen, hover over your video, select the 3 dots, when the has the download option. Note that this may in some way tag your video with Youtube surveillance. If you don't want to do this, see the note below about rendering in HD (MP4 H264).)
2. Rename your file a simple name -- one or two words, no dashes or symbols etc.
3. Upload to Bitchute from Chrome or IE.
4. When you upload to Bitchute, do not drag an drop. Use the select file option
5. When you upload to Bitchute, don't have anything else going on on your computer, and do it fast, don't leave the upload page hanging open for a second longer than necessary.

More Bitchute problem solving tips:
- First try reloading.
- Try a different browser (Opera would not upload videos on Bitchute for me, had to use IE (old or new) or Chrome (but I avoid Google Gestapo products.)
- Someone at Bitchute suggested that instead of drag and drop, open the file to load the video and thumbnails, that may work better.
- Avoid using files names that are long with alot of characters: You should avoid using white space, 'ç' and special characters. Replace white space with underline '_'. Dashes - are OK. This video does a great job explaining simple file names:

- Render your Bitchute videos in HD (MP4 H264). This uses more data, not my preference. But to get some videos to play, I re-rendered and uploaded several videos, a tremendous inconvenience. How to convert to HD is noted below.

CONVERTING TO H264
I use Windows Moviemaker.
For new videos: Go to the Save Movie option under the File tab. From there select the HD option:
HD Display (.mp4/H.264)
The option won't show the type of file (H264), you will see that when you get to the save screen.
To convert old videos: Open the video in Moviemaker, and save as HD Display to convert.

I tried using VLC to convert, but there was no sound. Maybe someone else has made it work.
I used to post on VK.com, VK is where all the Germans go because Germany heavily censors. But then Floozy Flerida Todorovsi threatened them with Australian law, and they closed all my videos to anyone who doesn't have an account. Censorship!
