This is the day when I was told by phone that Ciera had died and I was given the address where her body was. This video voice recording was taken when Ciera's brother, sister and myself went to the house of John Hart. Ciera was released from jail 4 days before her supposed death as she was at a private home where the man who was offering her a room to rent. Ciera struggled with addiction, and had severe mental health issues in combination of many physical health issues. Consequently, due to my circumstances with raising my 2 grandchildren at that time, I was not able to house my daughter who was 29 years old when she died.
