I discovered and fell in love with this 1966 tune by Gary Lewis & the Playboys while reading Shawn Levy's bio of Jerry Lewis, KING OF COMEDY. After composing an iReal Pro chart for it, I slowly started piecing together the bass piano, guitar, and four vocal parts which took about a better part of a day to record, and then another half a day of editing. I did two vocals with Audacity, and then two live takes with the flip camera; then I built up a composite audio track and went to work on the video editing.
On a personal note, I'm playing my '77 Fender Mustang just back from the shop here, and man, it has never sounded this fierce; really gave this performance a punk/pop vibe. Probably has more to do with the amp, though; thanks to Juca Nery for his guitar tone patch for my Boss Katana Artist amp that I got off of his website.
