Okay, the first Paris race against this guy is the absolute hardest. It's a lot worse than Haley's first race (second hardest race, IMO). Your best strategy is to make up your own path and not stalk other racers, and make sure you're driving very nicely and fast or else you're gonna be defeated. The L.A. races against him weren't so bad, and I bet you guys would love the dramatic finish at the end.
