I will do it for the community of Spokane county. It is unsafe to have tyrannical deputies like this running around my community thinking he has authority over the lives who have done nothing to anyone else. This is unacceptable and must end. Ozzie won't do anything about it and neither will the rest of the ruling class of Spokane benefitting from this thugs behavior.
