What happened was basically this:
1. Serbian Government said that a new lockdown of the March 2020 standard was to be reinstated, after a little opening.
2. The Serbian people were not subdued, but started a 4 day long (24 hours non-stop) demonstration in front of the Parliament building.
3. The Serbian Government found out that Covid wasn't very dangerous, after all, so they just gave up.
The reason you are locked down, is because not enough people are interested. They are afraid.
