In one of the districts of Mariupol, officials of the Commission of Inquiry found evidence of Ukrainian war crimes against civilians. While inspecting the site, they found dozens of bodies with marks of violent death. The prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case against the army of the 36th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, whose commanders ordered to open fire on civilian infrastructure.
