If you freeze the picture of the cover that is an official diagram provided by the IPCC (International Panel of Climate Change), Global Warming is a hoax perpetrated by the United Nations for Global Governance (jew World Order).This video goes over Geo-Engineering and the Stratospheric Aerosol Injection admitted by the CIA and NASA. These aerosols are used to make weather patterns such as hurricanes even earthquakes, or what have you. The reason for HAARP is able to make earthquakes is b/c its original function was for finding oil, but since it uses high-frequency waves they realized it also causes earthquakes (many examples of this). The reason for these types of exotic weapons is so when they attack us, they can have plausible deniability, as they can just say it was the change of weather. Which they are modifying and controlling with HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program). Climate Change/Global Warming/Global Cooling are all hoaxes made up by the IPCC to tax us for our breathing/living and Carbon Dioxide, as we are Carbon Based Organisms.
