Can you identify any occasions in this Kohberger case where either tunnel-vision or confirmation-bias has been demonstrated by any of the actors?

Can corrupt law enforcement who are covering up a crime experience tunnel-vision, or do we refer to this as deliberate lying?

What's also made clear by the info in this video is that a defense is as good as the ethical aptitude / cooperation from the prosecution. This presentation also briefly introduces the term "confirmation bias," which happens as a result of tunnel-vision. We didn't include many possible examples of confirmation biases that have been demonstrated in this case. There are many.
