This channel started as a playground for experimenting and creating something new, something inspiring and relaxing. My intention is to always guide you into yourself. You are your greatest teacher. All you need is inside you. Allow my voice and the soothing ASMR sounds to guide you into the essence of you.
ASMR Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response - a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.
Meditation - to engage in contemplation or reflection. Others define meditation as a mental exercise that trains attention and awareness, or for the purpose of reaching spiritual awareness.
Hypnosis - a trance like state that resembles sleep, but is induced by a person whose suggestions are readily accepted by the subject. Simply put, by Psychology Today, hypnosis is a state of highly focused attention or concentration, often associated with relaxation, and heightened suggestibility.
You are always awake when in a state of Meditation and/or Hypnosis. You can trust that YOU will only follow the suggestions I make that are best for you.
