Memetic warfare is a modern type of information and psychological warfare involving the propagation of memes on social media.

To create memes on your PC you will need an Nvidia graphics card and 64GB of RAM.

Step 1. Download and install Pinokio: https://docs.pinokio.computer/download/

Step 2. In Pinokio click on ComfyUI and install the program

Step 3. Grab the OpenDalle safetensors from https://huggingface.co/dataautogpt3/OpenDalleV1.1/blob/main/OpenDalleV1.1.safetensors

Step 4. Copy the safetensors to C:\Users\(account name)\Pinokio\api\comfyui.pinokio.git\ComfyUI\models\checkpoints\

Step 5. Start ComfyUI and then navigate to http://127.0.0.1:8188 in your browser

Step 6. Select the OpenDalleV1.1.safetensors in the Load Checkpoints box

Step 7. Click on Queue Prompt to create your meme
