• Under the simulation a terrorist group from the fictional country of 'Montrev' have a bomb hidden in Indianapolis
• The terror group is run by a fictional leader named 'Gooch'
• The Nuclear Emergency Search Team fails to find the bomb in time and 900 fictional Midwesterners are killed when a 20-block area is leveled by the blast
