And in my opinion, and no one can change it, I lost about 35 kg since early 2020, the water is the most importanat.
I buy my organic pure Cayenne Pepper in Sweeden online, the shit Cayenne Pepper here in Denmark are shit.
And the same with organic pure Celtic Sea Salt, can not get it here in Denmark...
And I only drink MY OWN filtered and Vortex water, No Soft drinks, juice, milk etc at all...

I took cayenne pepper after hearing this from Barbara a few months ago and it changed my life.
I was having heart pain and pressure through out my body from high blood pressure and I'm a smoker.
I took a 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne straight on my tongue and washed down quickly with water after swishing it around for a few seconds.
Two minutes after taking it I had relief of pressure in my body and pain in my heart.
My blood pressure went from 195/90 to now usually around 120/70
After a week of taking it 3 times or more per day it caused me to cough up all the junk out of my lungs from smoking and now I can breath again.
I recommend this to anyone with heart problems, inflammation, smokers, repertory problems, people with high or low blood pressure because it equalizes it.
I plan to take it everyday for the rest of my life, it's that good?
