Rockefeller Foundation is Infiltrating Local Government in Hawai'i and elsewhere to Promote a Massive COVID-19 Testing Campaign. This is the only way to maintain the illusion of a pandemic. Their Covid-19 National Action Plan calls for 30 million tests per week by the fall.
