Old potentiometers cause crackle in audio gear, and jitter with an Atari paddle. There are several videos that show how to replace or repair the potentiometer, but most the time, they just need some cleaning. I demonstrate the fast way to get rid of the jitter in a few easy steps, without the need to disassemble or replace the potentiomenter.
