Some still claim Obama might be the antichrist. But the reality is that John Paul II, the most popular non-Catholic heretical antipope of all time, was the antichrist. The proof is below:

He publicly said "the truth about man" is he is "the son of the living God", which is definition of antichrist, aka man in the place of God - he taught as if everyone is Christ over and over again. John Paul II also "had the wound by a sword, and lived" (Revelation 13:14) - he was stabbed with a dagger in 1982, & the original greek in the verse is the word for dagger. One of his assassins also admitted that he thought John Paul II was the antichrist. With John Paul II being an antipope who was seated in Rome, that also lines up with St Paul's words (2 Thessalonians 2:4) about the antichrist "sitting in the holy place" (he sat in St. Peter's Basilica in Rome, the major temple of God) where the Apostle St Peter the first true Pope was martyred, which established the Church in Rome (Matthew 16:18-19 & 1 Timothy 6:12). John Paul II's image was also venerated by his successor Benedict XVI (the false prophet), who "beatified" John Paul II & made an image to the beast that would speak (Revelation 13:15) - giant television screens showing John Paul II blared at his "beatification" ceremony. Benedict XVI had a short antipapacy, resigning early, lining up with scripture again (Revelation 17:10), being the 5th king of the Vatican city-state since the establishment of the Lateran Treaty. People are looking at the jews for an antichrist when he already came. This shows us that we are dangerously close to the Day of Judgment. Also, John Paul II had a Jewish style funeral - a plain wooden casket with no metal... not even a crucifix.
