Many people are awakening right now and realising that the world around us isn't at it seems, but once we do wake up to the Matrix, how do we free ourselves? The answer we hear time and again is to come back to love, and live our lives operating from our true self rather than the conditioned ego self.
Whilst I totally agree with this, I believe it is much easier said than done, and what I often see missing are the practical steps as to how to achieve this.
How do we wake up each morning and operate from love and from our true self, especially when there are so many things keeping us in states of fear and stress?
