why are there goats in with the sheep.

( try not to laugh). aside from lamb being delicious and goat quite edible , they are both used for meat and dairy. goats will clear anything and can climb and jump on ANYTHING. sheep grow huge full body fro's that have to be sheered.

they are both grazing animals and can be cared for in much the same manner. but sheep have to be herded.

goats are easily led and sheep naturally follow so a shepherd would put what is called (now) a 'judas' goat in with a flock in order to coral them into a pen or a train car.

when one separates the sheep from the goats, He is cutting the FALSE leaders out of the flock
