Robin of Sherwood is a British television series, based on the legend of Robin Hood. Created by Richard Carpenter, it was produced by HTV in association with Goldcrest, and ran from 1984 to 1986. Music by Clannad.
This episode: Alan a Dale arrives in Sherwood threatening to kill the Sheriff. The object of his affections, Mildred, daughter of the Baron de Bracy, is being forced against her will to marry the Sheriff of Nottingham. Robin decides to help the young lovers.
