The “birth certificate” is digital. You can download the pdf from obama’s presidential site. Then open this scanned pdf with adobe illustrator, and then notice the image layers for a “scanned image”. Someone forgot to hit “flatten layers” when saving this pdf

There is no original paper copy. The only thing that exists is a digital copy. And that digital copy was found to be a forgery by two international teams of researchers

The paper print out was from the forged digital copy. Not the other way around. Even if you accept that the digital copy is legitimate, independent forensic teams have already stated that the document depicted is a forgery, per the video linked above.

Two international firms specializing in document forgery were commissioned to evaluate the birth certificate. Both reported it was a forgery. The Sheriffs press release revealed those findings. Those are the facts.
