DNA12 Note: Interesting video of Ryan (Greens).He states that the Irish People are Sovereign.This is 100% Correct (The Irish People are Sovereign INDIVIDUALLY and collectively as per PRE-AMBLE of the constitution).This is unique in the world.All Power of the state is derived from the people.The constitution is NOT for the people.It is for those who swore an oath to uphold it (ie the SERVANTS).The Gardai have power of arrest because the people have power of arrest etc.Article 40 onwards of the constitution is always attacked and diluted because the FAMILY is superior to all "positive law" article 41.1.1 (Positive law = Statute/Legislation). The problem is most of the population is unaware of this and don't step into their power. That is why the MASTER is homeless and the SERVANT is rich.
