BRIAN GHILLIOTTI: EXPLORING LITHIC SITE ALONG CT I-395 SOUTH: Largest cliff edge stone I discovered

I walked past the stone cairns and noted this massive cliff edge stone. I did not have enough battery power left to record it. It has a horizontally oriented stone, at the same height, propped up by leaning against the main rock you initially saw. You might be able to see this backend stone toward the upper right hand corner of the stone image. Like it was thinly sliced downwards towards it back end, as if it were a pice of cheese. Quarrying? Would have been a massive pain in the ass to take any stone chunks down from that elevation. Brian Ghilliotti
