Man shares his changing DNA experience: eyes shape shifting and growing extra limbs

Man shares his experience of being told by doctor that one of his eyes has changed shape similar to the shape of a snakes eye. He has also noticed that he is growing extra limbs. He states that he was in the military back in 2010 and later his eyes started to get blurry. But he recently went to the doctor and was informed about his eyes. He say the changes in his body are recent. It has not been confirmed if he has taken the new vaccines or if he received similar experimental vaccines in the military.
