The First Use of the Bible
Without the Catholic Church, there wouldn't even be a Bible. All the early church fathers who walked & learned with the Apostles believed in traditional Catholic teaching, i.e., necessity of water baptism, baptizing infants, confession to a priest, true presence of Christ in the Eucharist, etc.

The Papacy is proven in the Bible through Jesus granting authority of His church to the Apostle Peter, when He gave him "the keys of the kingdom of heaven" & the authority over the flock of the faithful (Matthew 16:18-19 & 1 Timothy 6:12) - Peter was the first Pope, hence the papal seat being called the Chair of St Peter.

Confession to a priest is in the Bible: that's why Jesus said He founded a priesthood. Confession is in the Old Testament (Numbers 5:6-7, Leviticus 5:10-13, Leviticus 19:21-22, Numbers 6:11) & in the New Testament (Matthew 5:17-18, Luke 5:13-14, John 20:21-23, Matthew 9:6-8, 2 Corinthians 5:18).

Contrary to popular heretical belief, prayers to Mary & the saints are to ask them to pray for us - Catholics don't worship saints. Prayer is asking for divine help - prayers of worship are solely to God alone, which is the Holy Trinity (Father, Son & Holy Ghost). Saintly intercession is in the Bible: saints are as angels (Mark 12:25) who do God's will & even receive prayers (Revelation 8:3).

The consecrated Eucharist of the Holy Mass is the Lord's body & blood - Jesus said it was His body & blood (John 6:56, Matthew 26:26-28), mirroring with the Old Testament (Exodus 24:8). The Apostles, Christ's priesthood, taught that His body & blood are present in the Eucharist (1 Corinthians 10:16). When Jews scoffed at Jesus for telling His disciples to eat His flesh, Jesus in response confirmed what he meant (John 6:52-53). Jesus fed the 5,000 to show miraculous abundance is possible (John 6:9-14). Just as Hebrews were commanded to eat the Passover Lamb in the Old Testament (Exodus 12:7-13), Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God (John 1:29), our Passover (1 Corinthians 5:7), commanded us to eat His flesh. Jesus said His flesh is the bread of life (John 6:48-51).
