10 U.S. Code § 12402 et seq discusses who is at the 'top of the pyramid', as it were, with respect to who deploys NGTs. Thus, it was Trump who deployed the troops, not the 'pentagon'. Trump is the current CIC - as far as we know. CONgress would not be in a big hurry to impeach if he still did not have CIC authority. It's possible the pentagon are mutineers, but the secretary of defense appears to be a hand picked Trump ally. Basically, this NGT theater is Trump's doing. The question is why? Why would Trump be interested in deploying troops to protect a fake incoming banana republic administration? The only ostensible take on why there are troops is to secure the fake inaugural event. Trump won't be there, so, again, why should he care?
Let's say Trump deployed these troops, and intends to quietly fade away, given how hated he is, why would he care? I'd rather have him walk and let the city burn, antifa-trump-supporter-fakers doing the dirty work or not, than to have him worry about his 'legacy'. The satanic left will one way or the other demonize Trump, and more particularly those who are moral agents in this world - who supported Trump because at the time he was the only best apparent option. Moral persons, that understand the history lesson framed in the Federalist Papers (Publius), choose limited government, and the people having a strong hand over the control of it. The sad fact is 1) government is always at the root of all evil, and 2) while the American constitutional experiment of a limited federal government might have been a workable plan in 1787 - at least 1850 (see Democracy in America by Tocqueville, 1830, 2 volumes), the PROBLEM we have today is the nation has been corrupted by factors not present when the framers decided who had the POWER to VOTE:
1: Men (not women)
2: Land owners
3: Free men
Further, another underlying presumption - basically a given - was that the male, land owning, free voters were carefully vetted citizens from places European, those with solid European ancestry credentials (short version: white). Immigration policy up until about 1870 was very strict with respect to the last issue. But not long thereafter, a fissure in the dam developed, the first major invasion from the 3rd world of foreigners were jews. Right about the turn of the 19th to the 20th century the jew went before CONgress and argued jews could not be considered alien because jew was a religion and not a race. I have transcripts of congressional hearings at the time to reflect that fact.

It is not because the Americans THEN 'hated' people from the 3rd world as the reason why policy was very strict in re letting them in, it was because their cultural reality was so totally foreign they would not fit in, and that would lead to a corruption of the culture (drag it down) here an there, in so many sorts of degrees. Thus, to keep America such as it had been from the start, it was vital to take care of who to let in.

Then the jew, by their usual means of blackmail and extortion, forced blanket immigration from all over the world starting circa 1965.
Then, the jew was at the forefront of the homosexual movement, and the legalization of abortion. More pointedly, the jew was at the forefront to strip America of the vestiges of its Christian heritage. Now, some say Christianity is just another corrupted religion. Perhaps. But I suggest the jew saw a threat. The jew must have, because the jew has spent over 120 years via its media to defame and destroy all things Christian. Why? Well, forget about Jesus for a second. Just focus on the words ascribed to Jesus that were written, and the existence of those words are not in dispute. While there are numerous fantastic references to cite, in the New Testament we find a considerable amount of narrative devoted to exhorting us all to be moral persons, to love the light and the truth. I am not here to settle the Jesus debate, but the fact is THIS is the core message of the new testament. Jesus just happens to be the protagonist of this narrative. So, since the jew (the sinister freaks that rig the show in money and media) is a very dark creature, they must destroy the light, love and the truth.
120 years of this has led to the total decline of Christianity, and that means people have waved off the pursuit of light and the truth, and abandoned the dictates of their conscience. Materialistic brutes one and all. That would be your modern white libtard, about 50% of the remaining 40%-45% of the white population.
In other words, the American Constitutional order cannot work with the current paradigm. This is why we are here in this awful mess.
