Getting Gold in Basic Seamanship with the Frame Limiter on can be very difficult to achieve.

To get Gold you must get a Finish Time of about 9;69 or less. To do that, accelerate at full speed until just before the 7-second mark, then immediately press both the brake and parking brake until the boat comes to a stop.

In this video I show that it's possible to get Gold multiple times by using that technique.
