The TBATE threat at sea is enormous; if men cannot be made to fly a seaplane fighter then at least a Drone-IN-A-Box (DINAB) must be overhead to keep enemy submarines away lest the ship is exploded in the dead of night like the USS Indianapolis was; 910x men who mostly died from sharks mauling & eating them or salt water and sun exposure. Every USN ship must have several DINABs to be its own air cover capable of hunting/destroying enemy subs/surface ships as well as fighters. It may be a drone, folding wing QF-35B that launches on turn-table catapult or if only lightly armed by VTOL means.
