This was torture, a deliberate infliction of severe pain by the officer, putting his body's weight through kneeling to the powerless victim's neck.
So disturbing to see, a plea to breathe that fall on death ears, scary, so so scary.
These officers need to be fired IMMEDIATELY and taken to court for abuse of a powerless victim and torture the poor human for the fun of punishing him.
