Kyrgyzstan has urged its citizens to avoid travelling to Russia unless necessary in the aftermath of the Moscow concert hall shooting, which left over 130 people dead. The directive comes as seven suspects originally from Tajikistan and one from Kyrgyzstan have been arrested and placed in pre-trial detention. Russian authorities also reached Tajikistan to question the family members of suspects.
