Update from Moscow w/ Elijah Payne

In my first interview with Elijah entitled "Moving to Russia," we talked about the process he went through to make to move to Moscow. We mostly spoke about the practical steps one has to go through and what to expect if one wanted to move to Russia, such as obtaining a visa, etc. Viewers felt an instant liking for Elijah's and there were several requests to bring him back on the channel, which requests I decided to oblige.
