When was the last time you sat down to think?

I am sitting in a church again for some quiet contemplation. Today's subject under consideration is 'thinking'. Just how often do you sit down and take time out to think?

We live in a world bombarded with information and data. Noise and attention grabbing media devices divert us from spending time alone to think. So I ponder if other do make time for this all important mental process.

And more importantly, do you know just how to think?
