This video shows in great detail a visual anomaly which occurred as I was filming a solar eclipse on 8/21/17 from South Carolina. This occurred at the conclusion as daylight was starting to return. It appears as a pinkish/purplish bolt of lightning with appropriate sounds. There are faint slanted lines with another associated sound. Besides clipping the video, there were no other edits to this video.
