Under the proposed act, anyone caught engaging in traditional Antifa activities, including wearing a mask, threatening, intimidating or oppressing people “in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege” will be imprisoned for at least 15 years.
The bill, known as the “Unmasking Antifa Act of 2018,” is the first time Congress has recognized the far-left organization as a potential domestic terrorist threat.
