Common Law 101: Understanding Common Law, And How To Apply It

To any authority representing an admiralty/maritime/commercial law jurisdiction:
"I do not understand" (I do not STAND UNDER - that authority). "I do not consent"

" I REQUIRE a TRIAL BY JURY" (the capitalized words are important, and explained in this video.)

The more we can begin forcing them out of their jurisdiction of enslavement/control, the more their power can be taken away.
For example, standing up when 'All rise' is spoken MAY be interpreted as implying your consent to the jurisdiction. If one is already standing however, then it is my understanding that a claim of 'consent' cannot be made by the court. This should be checked before hand however, as I may be incorrect on this.
While this is the simple explanation, there are, as I currently understand it, a few other tricks that are important as well.
