During the Zero mission Supply Lines, CJ & Zero are sitting in a Berkley's RC Van which is situated in the air hovering above Zero's RC Shop, very high up. This is similar to how Tommy sits inside the Top Fun van in Vice City, minus the hovering.
Here are the coordinates (copied from the MAIN.SCM):
00AB: put_car @35 at -2233,9 122,6 746,48
The van is positioned too high to get to it without mods.
Using a teleporter, here's that location 2:10
The van appears to be BP/DP/EP/FP, but it loses those qualities once the mission is over (pass or fail).
I used another mod that forces all vehicles in the air to come crashing to the ground. It's called the Meteor Storm mod. The mod is meant to make all planes crash, but it also causes the van to come down. That's how I discovered it..

After the mission is completed, the van can be safely driven back to a safe house garage and saved.
