The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo District, along with the Huntington District's Regional Rivers Repair Fleet and BIDCO Marine, move the lower west operating gate and place it in the reservation parking lot for repairs, Jan. 12, 2019. This project will ensure the continued operation of the Black Rock Lock, which will provide many commercial and recreation benefits for the local community for many years to come.
