It is estimated that this program would extract $100-400 billion over the next decade. Despite claims that it targets the 1% of taxi evaders, who typically hide their money offshore, it ultimately is a bull’s-eye on poor people trying to make enough money to pay for the most basic of necessities.

Accordingly, the purpose of this new income acquisition for the federal government is to pay for trillions in green initiatives. This comes on the heels of what Bank of America estimated would be $150 trillion globally over the next 30 years needed to pay for the same initiatives. Interestingly, the biggest banks, investors, and insurers backing the 2021 COP26 climate initiatives are worth only $130 trillion. Despite big banks claiming that they are against the IRS intrusion into your private financial holdings - just like big oil supporting green initiatives - they are the biggest beneficiaries. It’s a big orgy of high finance, self-proclaimed elitists, billionaires, and control freaks, and you ain't in it.
