OM (AUM) is the primordial sound of universe, the first tone.
SO HUM (HAM) is derived from Sanskrit and literally means "I AM THAT, I AM" (Eheyeh Asher Eheyeh) meaning identifying oneself with the Universe or ultimate reflective reality of Divine Creation.
OM SO HUM: 'I am the Universe, I am part of the All (that), I am connected to Infinite Divine Source.'
432Hz is the frequency of the Earth, 'Ananke' Mother Gaia, in true harmony with Her nature.
As we meditate on this mantra, we realize that we are all One, we have all come from One Infinite Source, and a part of Ananke/Gaia (the wife of El as Asherah, the Primordial Mother), of that Infinite Source, present in all of us. We are all connected!
