Who knew that a Ford Mustang pony car and a Ford Festiva econobox would be compareable in a wet race together? Welcome to the 42nd running of the SCCA Ohio Valley Autumn Classic from a soggy station 8 at Mid Ohio Sports Car Course. Pretty much all the Saturday races were time certain due to the conditions. Group 6 includes the E Production, F Production, Grand Touring Lite, Improved Touring E, Super Touring Lite, and Super Touring Under classes. Also, this was a special race weekend for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it is the last race of the year for Mid Ohio. Secondly, this was the last race weekend before a complete track repave for the 2024 season.
