Paul Wolfwoitz (Deputy Secretary of State) gives an opening statement. Wolfowitz opens up his statement regarding the nation's future "war on terrorism" and Saddam Hussein's manufacturing weapons of "mass destruction". Wolfowitz also states that the prevention of future threats will come with the war on Iraq. The Intelligence Community will become the forefront to combating the Islamist organizations.
